Getting started

In order to utilize Celera e-Factura, you first need to set up a new account, configure your company or companies and then connect to the RO e-Factura system.

Creating a new account

In order to create a new account, navigate to the account registration page at https://efactura.celera.ro/inregistrare-cont.

Alternatively, from the login page, you can navigate to the account registration page using the link at the bottom:

Once you are on the account registration page, you need to fill out all the fields present on the form:

Note that we will try to retrieve the company details automatically from ANAF, based on the fiscal identifier you have provided, and this request sometimes might fail of the ANAF system is offline.

Regardless, a valid Romanian fiscal identifier must be entered in the “Fiscal identifier”/”Cod fiscal” field at this time.

Once the registration is performed, you will be able to navigate back to the login page.

At te same time, you should receive an email containing an account confirmation link. This is so that we can validate that you have access to the email address you have provided upon registration.

If you do not see an email from no-reply@celera.ro in your inbox, make sure to also check the spam folder and to mark emails coming from no-relpy@celera.ro as not spam!

If the account is not validated when you attempt a login, you will receive a specific notification message:

By pressing the button, you can have the email account confirmation email resent to you, in case you accidentally deleted it.

Logging into the application

In order to log into the application, navigate to the login page at https://efactura.celera.ro/login

In case you have forgotten your password, you can initiate a password reset process by clicking the corresponding link. You will have to have access to your email inbox in order to be able to reset your forgotten password.

Navigating through the application

After you log in, you will be presented with the main application user interface.

You can use the navigation bar to switch between app sections. On the desktop, you can have the navigation bar collapsed or expanded, depending on your preferences.

You can access your user profile page or sign out using the top-right section displaying your name.

The main app sections contain grids displaying various documents sent to or received from the RO e-Factura system. You can filter the data in these grids and for some of them you can also export the data as Excel files for local processing.
